PRINCETON COPPER

(OPTIONED TO Quetzal Copper)

The Princeton Copper Property is located roughly 1.5 km from Princeton, B.C. - and immediately north of the Copper Mountain Mine, operated by Hudbay. The area benefits from excellent road access provided by Highway 3, the Copper Mountain Mine Road, August Lake road, and various logging roads and old trails.

The Boundary Fault, traversing the western portion of the claims, is a key geological feature integral to Copper Mountain and Sego’s Miner Mountain project. Rock exposure across the property is sparse, mainly found on steep hills and ridges. Where outcrops are present they show signs of copper mineralization in dykes, skarns, and intrusives. Prior exploratory efforts concentrated on six areas: Copper Farm/CEE, Knob Hill, Bud South, Bud North, Agate, and Holmes Hill, primarily through traditional geochemical surveys and trenching. Drilling has been limited.

In 2020, Princeton Copper Corp (PCC) conducted new exploratory work, with a Spatiotemporal Gas Hydrocarbon (SGH) soil sampling and a ground magnetics survey in May, followed by a dipole-dipole induced polarization (IP) survey in November. The SGH survey uncovered a potential redox center, measuring 2 km by 2 km, south of the Knob Hill showing. The magnetics and IP surveys in this area indicated the possibility of an intrusion and a north-northwest band of Nicola volcanics, along with several chargeability anomalies.
